Dr. Lily Jung is the Medical Director of the Neurology Clinic and is the chief of neurology at Swedish Hospital. She is the Vice Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee of the American Academy of Neurology and editor of the advocacy page of the Academy’s webpage. She also sits on the executive committee of the Academy’s Brain PAC. She is one of two physicians on the National MS Society’s Federal Activism Council. In 2005 she was inducted into the NMSS National Volunteer Hall of Fame for her work in advocacy on behalf of MS patients. She was also a member of the first AAN Palatucci Leadership forum in 2003 and remains a mentor and advisor for the Palatucci forum. She is a clinical associate professor of neurology at the University of Washington and a member of the advisory boards for the FDA Peripheral and Central Nervous System Committee and the FDA National Center for Toxicologic Research. She is one of the founders of the Washington State Neurological Society.
